Job Description
They are looking for a CQC Manager who will be able to:
- Achieve Quality excellence for the Global business unit
- Responsible for QMS and EHS such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001.
- Lead implementation of document control system
- Handle quality issues with customers, lead analysis of customer complaints, non-conformances and oversee 8D report.
- Establish Critical to Customer (CTQ) parameters
- Responsible for vendor/supplier quality (20%)
- Provide technical directions for analytical instrumentation and testing
- Develop sustainability plans for lab equipment
- Improve continuous improvement program for laboratory cycle time and first pass yield for testing
Requirements
Ideally, you should possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree (Material Science or Chemical preferred)
- Knowledge of SAP, Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt)
- Highly communicative, analytical and assertive.
- Good sound judgment in all dealings with customers (80%) and suppliers (20%)
- Up to 20% travel maybe required.
