Job Description
The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager supporting Singapore and offices in Asia Pacific region. This is a newly created role with a hybrid coverage on HR operations and HR Strategy and Improvement projects. Together with the team, you will be providing operational HR services and support at the same time lead HR projects for areas in training gaps, assessing recruitment methods, improving performance management, etc.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional ideally with 6+ years HR experience with a stable career track record. You possess an extremely operational, hands-on approach as well as being meticulous and an eye for attention to details. This role requires someone with the ability to interact effectively when dealing with business leaders so you should be someone who is willing to be business HR focus.
