Job Description
We are currently looking for a Research Engineer/Laboratory researcher to:
• Responsible for handling R&D duties related to water treatment in Singapore & ASEAN region.
• Understanding about the water samples, adapting to the water requirement and quality.
• Conducting research studies and making upgradations and alterations in the product as per the customer requirement. Customization in the system/product.
• Seeking new technologies to enhance the water treatment process and products required in it.
• Conduct water analysis, Laboratory tests and investigations, conducting customer site visits, collecting water samples, understanding the requirement, Quality Checks and measures (QA/QC).
• Process design of water treatment plants, Chemical consumption researches.
• Cost management and liaise with Japanese HQ and Process engineers/researchers in ASEAN region.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Min 5-6 years of experience in Research management, chemical & water treatment in laboratory.
• Having Bachelor Degree in Chemicals/Microbiology/Science.
• Should have experience working in a Laboratory and Water treatment firm/Water purifying firm.
• Open to travel to Client site locations for samplings and tests regionally and locally.
• Should have great analytical and interpersonal skills with focused mindset.
