Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Operation&Operation Manager to:
O Senior Operation/ Operation Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and oversight for all aspects of hedge fund middle/back office operation which include:
* Daily transaction and reconciliation activity; and
* Monthly valuation and reconciliation; and
* Collaboration tools and databases, external service providers; and
* Development and maintenance of controls and processes; and
* Risk management, compliance and regulatory support
O Senior Operation/ Operation Manager will participate in management team meetings.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
O Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of hedge fund operation.
O Knowledgeable in fund accounting and operation.
O Knowledgeable with equity, derivatives and corporate actions.
O Self-motivated, proactive, intellectually curious and inquisitive.
O Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with vendors, investment managers and other professionals
O Highly organized with ability to multi-task, prioritize and work both independently and collaboratively to produce highly accurate outcome.
