Job Description

We are currently looking for a IT Operations/ Specialist to:
- Providing day to day Application Service
- To Support user application to provide day-to day operation related to applications (such as ERP systems, E-learning system, Expense system, etc.).
- To define customer issues.
- To trouble shoot and escalate to related vender or personnel.
- Executing projects for Improving user operation by utilizing your IT skill.
- To clarify the current operation by creating flowchart documents through a discussion with the clients and stake holders.
- To clarify To-be operation and challenges for clients by creating enhancement plan (e.g. install user work flow management system).
- To manage and control co-working venders, and personnel.
- To maintenance the service programs, FAQ, manual documentation, plan user training, etc.
- To do system management for the programs such as release management, revision management.
- AD Hoc IT Support.
- Troubleshooting for systems and tools.
- Vender Management.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Working in an enterprise operation support & service.
- Consult and Design user workflow and install workflow system.
- Stake holder communication.
- Vender communication.
- Understand system admin operation.
- Case tracking and troubleshooting.
- Clarification for current business operation and user requirement.
- Delivering documents to customers and reporting (PowerPoint, Excel, Word can be used to prepare well-organized documents such as user manual, system design, flowchart documents etc.).
- User operation support skill.
- Workflow tool experience (Remedy, Service Now, etc.).
- ERP Operations support (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Navision).
- Database installation and support.
- ERP knowledge.
- Active Directory knowledge.
- Exchange Server, Mail Server knowledge.
- Understand enterprise Server and NW architecture.
- Documentation skill
