Our client, a global MNC in the Industrial business is expanding. We are looking for a well experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Professional to fulfill the above role.

Job Description

The Role:

Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, the successful incumbent will be tasked to lead a small team and manage daily Supply Chain and Logistics and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with cross functional team ie Commercial, Factories and internal Logistics team to ensure Sales Orders are fulfilled and meeting corporate objectives
• Responsible to lead end to end Supply Chain Planning and Logistics function ie Inventory control and management, Material requirement Planning, distribution and customer delivery
• Ensure consistent performance, competitive pricing and good delivery from 3rd Party Logistics Provider and Freight forwarding partners
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and executing of relevant documentation to ensure smooth transaction of customs requirements and import and export tax
• Follow up on shipment and provide status on delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Supply Chain and Logistics experience in an MNC platform.
• Prior supervisory and people management experience leading a small team.
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.
• Proficient in MS Office application ie Word, Excel and Powerpoint and skilled in SAP application
