Job Description
The successful candidate will lead a team of Maintenance Engineering Assistants in the effective implementation of Preventive Maintenance programme. The candidate will provide technical support and guidance to the team in diagnosing, trouble-shooting, training, repair of plant process manufacturing equipment/machineries as well as to attend to ad-hoc emergency call back operations. The candidate will also supervise vendors, contractor and service providers in various project installation work. The candidate will be involved in feasibility studies, process improvement work, GMP and Quality audits. The candidate shall ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures, and participate in emergency responses.
Requirements
• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Has 3 – 5 years of working experience in leading a team of technicians in a food manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in using Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Demonstrates good technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot M&E equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise contractors, as well as good planning and communication skills.
