Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing Environment)

Our client is an international food manufacturing company

The successful candidate will take on a lead role in the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives within a manufacturing plant environment. He or She will be hands-on in the execution of methodologies and acts as a champion for Continuous Improvement.
The candidate will work closely with the Regional Manager to deliver all improvement programmes and tracks its progress and cost savings. Further, He or She will regularly conduct audits, facilitate the 5S program in the plant, and conduct continuous improvement trainings when necessary.

­ A Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
­ A minimum of 5 years of work experience in continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
­ Hands-on experience in project management and leadership.
­ Knowledge in six sigma methodologies and all aspects of change management.
­ Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
­ Has strong coordination and organization skills to proactively complete projects.
­ Ability to management own time well to handle multiple priorities.
