Job Description

We are currently looking for a PMO Manager, System Development Division to:
Overall>
 Work with Senior PMO manager to develop strategic roadmap to corporate vision.
 Serve as a communication bridge between branch office, head office and clients.
 Provide continuous education and training on project management to staffs.


 In charge of the creation, review and improvement of IT policies, guidelines, process and procedures to rapidly change environment.
 Actively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on process, rule and work procedure changes to achieve win-win situations.
 Assist in supporting the project teams in software development life cycle (SDLC) activities.


 Establish project management governance to align to organization objectives.
 Track and analyze projects’ performance and report on any risks, issues, dependencies.
 Perform weekly/monthly consolidation and reporting to the project teams and management.
 Participate and support both external and internal audits conducted by professional auditors and Head Office.
 Establish key performance measurements of project delivery.
 Participate in the project meetings if required.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

 Bachelor’s degree.
 At least 5 years of relevant experiences.
 Experience in portfolio/project management tools to manage and track project
performance.
 Effective communication and negotiation skills.
 Team player and self-starter who can work proactively with minimum supervision.
 Strong knowledge with practical experiences in applying project management methodologies (E.g. Agile, Waterfall) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
 Preferable to have experiences in project management as a PM/PMO, with knowledge in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and vendor management.
 Preferable to have experiences in internal and external audits, especially in the banking industry or Financial IT companies.
