Job Description

• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager the candidate will be responsible for developing maintenance plans for routine, preventive, predictive, and corrective as well as shutdown while ensuring maintenance is performed in accordance to workflows and in compliance with best practices and recommendation from Asset Integrity/Reliability team for preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Responsible to perform SAP planning, keep maintenance scheduling activity, and documentation in SAP system and ensure timely completion and closure of work completion. Work with scheduler to resolve conflicts by reallocation or shifting of tasks in consultation with stakeholders involved (namely Operation-Maintenance Coordinator, Planner and Supervisors)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local legislation, statutory requirements and regulations as well as Corporate guidelines while performing related duties and all other related works.
• Conduct field and office planning to ensure scope clarity, resource allocation (material and services) and job hazard analysis done.
• Monitor progress of weekly and daily schedule handed over to the maintenance supervisors, Operation-Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Manager.
• Create and maintain PM plans complete with accurate scope, timing, cost, safety aspects, logical operational task list, respective maintenance work centres and manhours.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager (full JD will be shared with shortlisted candidates)

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma in Engineering
• 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in a related role as Maintenance Planner or in Maintenance Management
• Exposure working in Process / Chemical Manufacturing Environment
• Hands on experience in using SAP for maintenance planning, scheduling and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Strong adherence and commitment to HSEQ culture.
