Company Overview

• The budget can go up to $100k per annum for Manager level, depending on years of experience.
• For engineer level, basic salary would be in the range of $3.5k - $4k, excluding commission and transport allowance.

Our Client:

We are currently working with a global market leader in the manufacture & sale of Technology, home appliances and HVAC systems such as coolers and air conditioners (VRV / VRF / split & fan coil AC systems) to clients in the Built Environment to recruit a Sales Manager to head up their AC sales team in Singapore.

Job Description

As team Manager you will be responsible for achieving business plan targets and developing & implementing strategies to proactively track & optimize opportunities with developers, consultants, contractors and building owners and oversee proposals and solutions to secure supply of AC systems to both Residential & Commercial new build & refurbishment projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• With previous HVAC Building Services market exposure you will be expected to develop relationships with Architects & Consultants to help identify & track projects & get your products specified.
• You will be able to lead activities to achieve customer approvals and qualifications, develop & promote value propositions to get products specified, track projects, respond to RFIs from client’s, Main Contractors, Architects & Engineering Consultancies and negotiate and manage contracts including pricing and terms and conditions.
• You will also be expected to attend client meetings and industry events delivering sales presentations and putting together quotes and proposals plus price negotiating & closing sales.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning industry
• We are looking for proven Sales Managers with previous experience of engineering product sales to the Construction & Property industry
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and activities concurrently
• Able to work independently and achieve sales target
