Our client is an international consultancy firm that caters to the building and infrastructure sectors.
· The successful candidate will hold the key role of driving profitable growth and diversification, developing new business and growing existing key client relationships with the Building and Infrastructure construction sector.
· Highly responsible in promoting the company’s brands and capabilities, to be become the preferred partner of choice of Property Developers and Government Authorities in delivering top notch consultancy services. He / She will utilize his or her strong network of contacts within the industry (Contractors / Developers / Government Boards).
· Responsible to deliver the vision, direction, focus, and discipline necessary to ensure that the Singapore office achieves its strategic plan, client focus and growth targets
· Lead the implementation of the company’s business development process and to manage a robust sales pipeline through the use of their CRM systems,
· Works closely with key counterparts in the region, manage key opportunities and client programs.
· Degree in Construction or Engineering
· 15 – 20 years of solid experience in business and client development within the Building and Infrastructure (construction) sector.
· Strong network of contacts within the industry and extensive experience in executing sales and business development process in the above-mentioned industries.
· Demonstrated history of successful project wins and delivery.
· Ability to work collaboratively and energetically across all levels of the organization.
