Job Description
We are currently looking for a Procurement Executive to:
• Responsible for the full spectrum of procurement process from calling RFQ/RFP, support evaluation of goods and service, negotiation on quotation.
• Manage daily operational purchasing activities.
• Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce overall costs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policy and company guideline.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
• Logistics coordination with shipping companies, freight carriers/forwarders for all export matters to Southeast Asian countries.
• Undertake any other duties assigned.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• 2 years' experience in procurement, supply chain management or Inside sales , preferably in ICT Solution/IT Distributor/Reseller environment.
• Additional advantage if you have experience in Telco carrier and/ or Data Centre services such as CoLocation, Cross connection and Internet.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
• Familiar with Partner and Distributor rebate and incentive scheme.
• Familiar with Navision System and Microsoft Office (advantage).
