Our client is an engages in the information system business. Its activities include provision of outsourcing services using information technology and consultation on business and information system.
It also develops, manufactures, and sells software and hardware.
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to:
• Overall responsibility to manage projects related to Enterprise Leasing System and IFRS 16 Accounting (Leasing Contract).
• Establish project plans incorporating scope, resources, budget, time line, deliverables and task assignment.
• Following the established project plan, track project milestones, schedule, progress, change in agreed deliverables and dependencies within the schedule, costs, issues and risks.
• Identify, mitigate risks and issues, escalate project stakeholder if necessary, take measures to maintain project baseline.
• Keep track of the new requirements/change in requirements of the project.
• Organize project kick-off/weekly status update meeting and project reporting.
• Work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver projects to agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Travelling may be required.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Over all 10+ years, must have 3 to 5+ years business and functional analysis experience in implementing accounting system or leasing applications (Package software and/or custom developed).
• Strong experience and knowledge of managing end to end leasing business process with a good understanding of associated financial account processing.
• Requisites knowledge of accounting of financial products as well as leasing contract, such as Impairment, Amortization, Interest Calculation, Discounted Cash Flow, nature of leasing contract.
• Proven track record of experience in following System Development Life Cycle processes during the IT project development and delivery lifecycle.
• Experience in preparing and managing project dependencies, identification of critical path, implementation plan.
• Pro-active, independent, resourceful and able to work in a multicultural team.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, in a team environment and manage multifunctional projects.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, writing, and interpersonal communications skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate well in English between various departments and stakeholders.
• Intermediate to Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Japanese, Mandarin Language skills would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
