Job Description
We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to:
• Arrange overseas ocean shipment.
• Receive PO from clients.
• Send PO to vendors and suppliers.
• Taking care of BL.
• Coordinate with Freight forwarder for ocean and land.
• Inventory control.
• Delivery to customer.
• Coordinate with customer in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia and Thailand.
• Coordinate with production supplier in Japan, China, Taiwan, Finland, Germany, Korea, and Vietnam.
• Assist Japanese Sales Manager.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Fluent in English is required to communicate with customers and suppliers.
• 2 years or more working experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in a start-up company is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Japanese language would be an advantage to use the same accounting system with Japanese HQ.
