Our client is a global engineering conglomerate.
You will formulate, drive and implement strategies for revenue generation and account development for the non-traditional business lines. You will be involve in selling into non-automotive aftermarket industries, including the likes of pharmaceutical & health care, building and construction as well as transportation industries. You will drive market penetration strategies in SEA, working alongside engineering and marketing teams to drive tailored solutions for key customers. Identifying market trends and implementing pricing strategies aligned with market movements. Managing complex contracting processes aimed at customer acquisition.
• Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in similar Sales or Business Development environment, particularly with an Industrial firm
• Technical understanding of motors and sensors would be an added advantage
• Well-developed communication skills with an ability to hold C-level presentations
• Self-starter with high energy and ability to influence internal/external stakeholders
• Critical thinker, analytical and ability to operate in ambiguous situations with changing priorities
• Selling experience through channels as well as direct to customers
