Job Description
We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to:
• Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
• Report to the Accounting Manager.
• Prepare budget and financial forecasts.
• Publish financial statements in time.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close process.
• Collect, analyse and summarize account information.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc.
• Develop periodic reports for management.
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
• Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups.
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Preferable with ACCA, CIMA, Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management and other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Finance experience in the related field, Accounts, Taxation, GST and Consolidations, preferable in F&B/Service.
• Have experience supervising staff.
• Good and Sound Knowledge in Accounting and Internal Control System.
• High proficiency in Excel and experience in MYOB & XERO will be an advantage.
