Job Description
• Manages multiple projects from start to end – Requirement, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Handover to IT Operations.
• Manages all project management processes – initiate, plan, execute, monitor/control and closure.
• Adheres to the project management policies and guidelines of the company.
• Lead internal team and/or vendors, and coordinate with other stakeholders to complete all project activities for the customer.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in a project manager role.
• Strong experiences in working in a complex matrix organization.
• Good presentation, communication and coordination skills.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge in project life cycle methodologies.
• Knowledge in Banking Domain will be an added advantage.
• Experienced in developing .NET applications.
• UiPath development experience is a plus.
Soft Skills
• Understand and work well in multi-culture environment.
• Hardworking and proactive.
• Can contribute both individually and in a team.
