Our client is an automotive parts manufacturer sales office in Singapore.

Job Description

They are looking for an experienced staff to expand the business.
We are currently looking for a Accounts and Admin Executive to:

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Responsible of receipts, AR follow up & preparing Statements of Accounts.
• Verify staff travel and entertainment claims.
• Ensure invoice processing and payment are accurate and within the timeline.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers, company’s secretary and related government boards when necessary.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assist in month end closing, monthly GST reporting, annual audit.
• Able to support ad-hoc assignments.
• General administrative duties and office maintenance.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in accounting system software.
• Good Team Player and able to work independently.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
