Job description

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to:

• Drive Sales & Performance Indicators for self and total team while leading the floor
• Exhibit and Model the Customer Experience Fundamentals for store team; ensure the store Service Culture is representative of the Company’s Brand
• Partner with Management to recruit & interview Management Candidates and Retail Associates
• Manage Retail Associate census and store seasonal hiring needs; recruit & interview based on assessments to ensure the store is fully staffed
• Evaluate and manage Retail Associates’ performance
• Share relevant Retail & Brand communication to Store Team; lead Team Store Briefing
• Maintain daily store standards; ensure completion of various daily tasks & assigned store workload
• Responsible in all areas of Inventory Control; oversee stockroom organization and maintenance
• Manage wage payroll budget & Retail Associate scheduling

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:

• Minimum 3 years of Store Manager experience in a fast paced retail industry
• Strong leadership skills and communication skills
• Strong planning and analytical skills
• Sales driven and goal oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
