Job Description

o Maintain relationship with Japanese and local counterpart in customer accounts to keep providing the high-level logistic services.

o Support manager to infiltrate his direction to smoothen and strengthen management activities.

o Implement the scope of work to establish the new warehouse operations.

o Monitor 3rd party logistic activities on a daily basis to prevent or minimize big incident or complain from customer.

o Identify problems and the root cause to ensure the prompt solutions are provided for recovery.

o Submission of required reports.

Requirements

oMinimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline.
oAt least 3 years of relevant experience in 3rd party logistic.
oProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
oExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
oGood leadership, logical positive thinking and problem solving skills
oKnowledge in incoterms / shipping.
oBilingual in Japanese (Native / JLPT1) and English languages (verbal and written) to liaise with Japanese customers.
