Our client is a leading MNC focusing on Plastic business, based in Japan.
They are looking for an Office Manager to join their office in Singapore.
We are currently looking for a Office Manager to:
* Reports to Managing Director on Admin, HR, legal, and accounting matters.
* Manage office functions including office maintenance, security matters, maintenance, and purchase of office supplies.
* Liaise with government authorities such as MOM.
* Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
* Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
* Advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
* Work with auditor to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
* Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
* Oversee office operation workflow.
* Support HR matter.
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
*Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource or equivalent discipline.
*Min 5 years of supervisory experience in the admin work.
*Able to manage the team when MD and Sales Manager is away on business trip.
*Calm, bright open-minded attitude would be a plus for this position.
