Job description

The main focus of this role is to manage the overall operations of the appointed warehouse. Responsibilities include meeting all operational key performance indicators and required service standard and effectively and continuously explore initiative and implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvements. Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and service failures, make recommendation to the Operations Manager/Management for improvements. Ensure the periodic maintenance is being carried out for Warehouse MHE.

Requirements

*Minimum 5 years' of relevant functional experience in operations ideally in a logistics & distribution environment
*Excellent operations process skills to drive SOP improvements to enhance & streamline process maturity, with the bandwidth to work with manual processes
*Motivated to deliver desired work results within tight schedules with good problem solving capabilities
*Excellent ability to identify, understand and implement customer needs, couple with the ability to manage large teams
