Application Specialist (Hemostasis)

Our client is in the healthcare industry, a supplier of hematology instrumentation and is also a market leader in clinical laboratory testing as well.

【Job Requirements】

・Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent
・5 years in Hemostasis / Coagulation lab testing exeprience
・PC literate (Excel, Words, Power Point)
・Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct, in thoughts, in words, & in actions.
・Able to travel between 20% - 40% per year
・May need to work after office hours occasionally

【Job Description】

◆Product Knowledge

・Receive /gather in time all information regarding product specifications or modifications of existing products, upgrading or extending existing/new products.

・suggestions to the management on which continuing education programs may be useful

◆Implementation of favorable conditions to support sales/marketing target achievement

・Conduct application and theoretical training for the representatives of the different distributors in the region.

・provides end-user training, as and when necessary

・Develops to strengthen the product knowledge of distributors (Eg. Training manual, etc)

・Handle product-related complaints and other application issues and provides excellent assistance for troubleshooting purpose/s.

・Maintains regular communication and continuous contact with all the subsidiaries & distributors.

◆Reporting

・Prepares and submits a monthly activity report to the Supervisor.

・Prepares and submits a business trip reports to supervisor and country area manager
