Our client is a Semiconductor Equipment manufacturing MNC and they are looking for a "Human Resources Specialist" to join their office in Singapore.

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource management, especially in the area of training and performance management. You will keep abreast of the industry's best practices and initiatives to continually implement the organization's activities.

Job Description

* Assist the Human Resources Director in spearheading training projects and work closely with Business Leaders in identifying training initiatives and developmental programs for their respective teams to bridge the competency gaps.

* Take lead in collating and conducting the annual learning needs analysis to develop the Company's overall Learning Plan

* Prepare and monitor yearly training budget

* Conduct, evaluate and follow-up on post training assessment and feedback. Monitor training effectiveness of training programs delivered and ensure that they are current, relevant and effective.

* Review HR policies, guidelines and documentation.

* Serve as a HR subject matter expert pertaining to training and performance management

* Be well-versed in the Employment Act and ensure that the company policies are in compliance with the statutory requirements.

* Prepare periodic reports for management review.

Requirements

Possess a bachelor degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least five years of experience in generalist HR.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to present and communicate effectively at all levels.
A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player who is energetic and results-oriented.
A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision.
The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change.
Conversant in the Japanese language is an added advantage to liaise with Japan HQ.
