* Oversee and monitor liner activities in relation to : Agency reporting and settlement
* Reconciliation and analysis of agency statements & balances
* Control prefunding requests from agents
* Accounts receivable and credit management
* Treasury activities, freight and surplus funds management
* Control and manage foreign currency bank accounts
* Assist manager in process setting
* Handle adhoc projects & assignments
Requirements
- Degree in Business / Accountancy
- Shipping experience preferred, highly advantageous
- Is analytical, able to work independently with little supervision
- Be proactive, is a self-starter, fast learner
- Able to interact at all levels, articulate well
- Good written and spoken English
- Possess excellent MS Office skills
- SAP, Cognos knowledge advantageous
