Job description

Our client in fintech space is looking for an experienced UX Researcher with strong leadership to be in charge of all UX research projects. He/she will be the voice of customer to build an outstanding customer experience.

This Research Lead is part of UX Design team and will craft and execute UX research and usability studies through various quantitative and qualitative methods and create actionable insights for UX team to work on. If you join the team, you will develop new techniques, models, processes to further the existing research practice, and work with internal analytics partners to track the performance of team's solutions. You will work with other business stakeholders to create design briefs and set expectations for deliverables. You will also be presenting ideas and insights to senior stakeholders in a compelling and charismatic manner

Other responsibilities includes identifying and forming problems; ensuring the quality, timeliness and outcome of research findings; partially managing and planning for budgets; inspiring and managing team - performance evaluation, hiring, team motivation, team members' development, etc; managing existing vendors/agencies.

Requirements

To be qualified for this role, you must fulfil ALL of the following:
*Bachelor's degree in UX Research related field, e.g. Psychology, Human Computer
Interaction, Information Design, Interaction Design, Liberal Arts, etc
*At least 5years of experience in UX Research, or experience in end-to-end process of
implementing research strategies with good results
*Excellent communication skills with honest and direct approach
*Excellent presentation skills, including storytelling, selling ideas to stakeholders
from different background
*5+ years of experience in Quant and Qual research work
*Updated with digital/mobile research technologies such as eyetracking, online panels,
digital analytics, boards and solid traditional research methods such as interviews
and surveys
*Experience managing research vendors
