Our client, an MNC who is a market leader in the Automation Technologies and Analytics sector are looking for passionate and experienced Sourcer, APAC (contract to perm) to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be innovative and well versed in multiple recruiting environments, specifically recruiting talent in the ASEAN, Greater China and ANZ for Sales, Support and Services.
To qualify for this role you need a good years of recruiting experience preferably at least 5-7 years in the enterprise software market.
Have worked with Snr Recruiter to manage a full cycle recruiting process ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, reference checks, and make salary recommendations.
Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
Ability to maintain organization in a dynamic environment
