Our client is a bank operating in Singapore, it's looking for a passionate UX specialist to design products and services for better customer experience. The bank is building a team of professionals for innovation. As part of the team, the UX specialist reports to the head of design, and gets to work with business and technology stakeholders.
This role handles the end-to-end process of UX design: executing User research and user testing to identify problems and user needs; Create personas, innovate and work with various stakeholders to come up with wireframe, prototypes, work flow and task flows. Ensuring design is implemented to digital applications.
To be qualified for this role, you should have about 3+ years of experience with a good track record in UX Design or UI Design. You should have strong portfolio on your design work. A degree in Computer Science, Design, or Engineering is preferred. You should have a business driven mindset and have past experience in research. Knowledge in frontend development is preferred.
