We are looking for a community manager. In order to further expand the business, we will create a new functional and cooworking space to further provide a place to meet up with other tenant companies and external companies. Therefore we are looking for a community manager that can help you build a network for current clients.
Job Description
Specific tasks include (1) sales / marketing activities, (2) services/event for residential companies (3) daily operations and reception work of rental offices.
① About sales and marketing activities
Segmentation, sales and marketing activities. Specifically, answering e-mail, telephone, live chat, estimate / proposal/ closing etc. From now on, we will actively approach local companies and foreign-affiliated companies to revitalize the community. We will take actions as we think we need sales activities like visiting relevant companies, media, SNS, event participation etc.
② About service for residents and event planning
Nearly 90 Japanese companies are occupied at our office. We will plan and carry out the exchange event to connect the customers who have not yet entered the market and to revitalize the community. You can plan and action in order to maxmaize customer's satisfaction.
③ Day-to-day operation and reception service of rental office
We will do customer services for customers who are occupied at our office, correspondence of visitors, reservation of conference rooms, mail distribution work, management of office equipment, etc.
