Our Client:
Our client, an international organization that provides various services to the Marine & Offshore, Oil & Gas and Energy industry is on the lookout for an experience Operations Manager to join their team in Singapore.
The Operations Manager will manages the end-to-end daily operations aspect; including customer inquiries, customer complaints, end-to-end process, working closely with internal team, monitoring of delivery activities and others.
The Role:
* Oversee the day to day operations including materials, order tracking, vessel daily and others
* Responsible for carrying out process studies, implementation of systems and executing for work improvements
* Arranging with suppliers for ship supply and scheduling of daily local deliveries
* Prepare and monitor vessel schedules and port activities on vessel arrival and departure
* Liaise between internal offices, suppliers and clients to follow up deliveries on time
* Coordinate vessel movement and communicate with clients/customers
* Handle complaints and enquiries
* Manage a team of operations executive in the department
* Working closely with other departments on feedback on goods quality
* Perform other assignments from time to time when required
The Requirements:
* Any relevant academics
* 3-6 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the Marine & Offshore industry
