Job Description
As a Sales Coordinator, your role is to provide back-end supports to ensure that all internal processes are in compliance for the team to win in the market place. You will be exposed to external customer business reviews as a learning platform for your next possible career progression.
Job Responsibilities:
* Creation of temporary promotion code
* Track and maintenance of customer contracts
* Create new customer account into system
* Update / track competitor pricings during festive season
* Provide administrative support to the team for consumer promotion
* Arrange of equipment exchange / installation / relocation
* Handle urgent customer orders, including failed/urgent deliveries / special deliveries
* Support any ad-hoc duties pertaining to sponsorships / corporate gifts
* General administrative support duties assigned by the department
Requirements
To be a successful applicant for this role, you will be a diploma holder (in any discipline) You will have the qualities on the ability to multi-task and strong in tracking/maintaining of reports, as well as an eye-for-detail. Good & effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the role. You will be a diligent and strong team player to ensure the department success and contribution to the overall growth for the company.
