RGF Executive Search have partnered with a dynamic organisation in the search for an Operations Manager to join their office here in Singapore.
An increase in business opportunities and developments in the APAC region have led to the need to expand their operations and attract a high performing Operations Manager to manage the Singapore office.
The Job Description:
* Manage day to day operations of the company
* Manage all HR functions
* Supervise office staff. Ensure that staff follows company's SOP and regulatory compliance
* Work directly with customers and vendors
* Responsible for the company's P/L
* Develop new business opportunities
* Develop and oversee company's budget
The Job Requirements:
* Any relevant academics
* 10 years of relevant experience in similar industry
