Our client is a renowned Japanese Construction firm having business across APAC & SEA region.
* They are looking up for Senior Accounting Staff at their Jakarta (Indonesia) site office location.
* This is a Project based role for 12-15 months.
Experience in Full set (AP, AR and GL) or partial set of accounts (AP and AR).
Reviewing AP/AR functions and Taxation matters for Indonesia.
Monthly and Yearly closing with all general ledger reconciliations
Preparation of year plan & Monitor the cash flow
Review of timely payment, tax filing and Monthly / Yearly closing
Ensure payments are processed timely
Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections
Monthly reconciliation of company accounts.
Maintains fixed asset ledger and other schedules
Preparation of GST return & CF contribution
Ensure compliance with all Group Policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit requirements.
Any other duties as and when assigned
Open & flexible to relocate to Jakarta Indonesia Construction site office location.
2-5 years with min Diploma holder or equivalent ACCA is suitable.
Having an experience in related construction company or any other industry is also fine.
Having leadership or team handling experience is also an advantage.
Having experience working in overseas or site locations is an advantage.
Speaking Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is much advantage to liaise with local and clients at Jakarta office.
Meticulous, possess initiative and able to multi-task
A team player with good interpersonal skills.
