Job Description

1. Responsible for Bank Reconciliation, Account Receivable & Account Payable

2. Liaise with outsourcing for Monthly Accounts Closing

3. Responsible for Supply Chain order & shipping documents

4. Tracking and update Inventory transactions

5. Handle incoming call and welcome guests

6. Responsible for Internal and External Correspondence

7. Responsible for office maintenance, welfare and supplies (stationery, pantry etc.)

8. IT Support for office staffs

9. HR and administrative support to staffs, management or HQ

10. Accounts, HR and Administrative support to Malaysia newly setup Affiliate (Tentatively)

11. Any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

* At least 3 years working experience in related field
* Independent and able to perform multi-tasking
* Basic knowledge of Accounting
* Meticulous and details oriented
