Leading international telecommunication provider. The company operates through four segments: Personal Services, Value Services, Business Services, and Global Services
* Setup, install and support PCs, laptops, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices related to desktop infrastructure.
* Standby work might be required (24/7)
* General support end-user computing support
* PCs & laptop physical hardware support
* Microsoft Windows operating system support
* Microsoft Office and office365 application suppport
* Call response and support within service level agreement
* Incident / problem troubleshooting, fault clarification and isolation
* Provide workaround and/or resolution
* Communication and reporting
*1-2 years of desktop infrastructure experience
*Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with customer friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
*Higher NTEC / Diploma in any IT related disciplines
