Our Client:

Our client is an MNC construction equipment manufacturer.

The Role:

The Parts Sales Manager will be responsible to lead the Spare Parts Sales activities covering the SEA region.

* Create and execute sales & business plan to achieve the business objectives for all aftersales related products
* Drive sales, monitor, track and review sales performance and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met
* Identify, develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness; retain existing customers; and add new customers to increase the market share
* Accountable for collecting the market intel such as pricing, quality, customer feedbacks and etc and create action plans for improvement.
* Institute and maintain excellent rapport with internal and external associates and stakeholders (sales dept, service dept, factory, dealers and customers)
* Create and execute new parts sales initiatives with a view to increase parts sales revenue
* Tracking and maintaining the product population for the region
* Ascertain that all activities of the department comply with company's policies and ethical standards
* Deliver continuous training and coaching to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their required tasks
* Monitor, evaluate and improve the performance and efficiencies of staff, dealers, customers and local vendors
* Conduct weekly meeting with the parts sales team to ensure all enquires and outstanding issues are followed up

The Requirements:

* Diploma / Degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
* 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in parts sales (aftersales) for construction / heavy machinery.
* Preferably with people management experience.
* Able to travel within SEA region.
* Results-Driven with demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives.
* Innovative and also has the ability to adapt and execute new sales strategies.
* A team player; Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
