Assistant HR Manager

Our client is leasing Service Company which has been in Singapore almost 40 years.

They are looking for the HR Generalist who will be responsible full spectrum of HR urgently.

 Support MD in human resource operations and management of the organization.

 Formulate, review, update and implementation of organisation's personnel policies and procedures

 Identify and analyze current organizational effectiveness

 Custodian of effective performance management practices. Implement performance management/talent management initiatives.

 Align compensation and benefits practices to performance management

 Responsible for full spectrum recruitment and selection of candidates

 Responsible for implementation of training and development

 All operational items in relation to HR, including payroll submissions

 Liaison with HQ as when necessary for all HR initiatives

Minimum Degree in Human Resources from reputable educational institution
At least 5 years relevant working experience in a managerial capacity
Good interpersonal and communication skills, particularly attuned to working well with others
Good/strong analytical and quantitative skills with an eye for detail combined with excellent written, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver consistent and quality outcome within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment
