Job Description
* Collaborate with internals both joint venture of companies in southeast asia including Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia and Japan HQ
* Establishing working arrangements and links with internal and external parties as necessary to plan
* Coordinating and implementation of mid-term plan and fiscal year plan of Japan HQ and subsidiaries in ASEAN
* Administrative officer role for shareholders meeting, board of directors, ASEAN regional meeting and other various meeting bodies
* Aggregating and reporting progress of major project and subsidiaries performance
* Managing in-house documents related to management and contracts
* Business Trip may be required
Requirements
* Relevant working experience, but fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
* Business level of Japanese to liaise with Japanese colleagues and Japan HQ
* Good communication skill, strong learning ability and multi-tasking skill
