Company Overview

Our client, a Japanese pharmaceutical MNC, with APAC regional office based in Singapore is seeking the right talent to join them as a Team Assistant (1 Year contract) in their dynamic organisation. You will be providing impeccable administrative support to a team of managers and staff for their daily business operations, to ensure workflow is seamlessly transited within the organisation. You will also act as a resource for managers, staff, and other administrative assistants for organisational policies and procedures.

Job Description

* Manage calendar activities for managers/staff

* Prepare and process all expense reports (eg, credit card, POs, invoices, accounts payable etc)

* Manage and prepare all travel arrangements and itinerary planning

* Schedule and coordinate onsite/offsite meetings

* Assist in budget preparation and documentation support

* In-charge of office supplies & inventories

* Monitor and arrange for office equipment repair/maintenance

* Provide regular updates & changes on company policies and procedures

* Meet & greet visitors and registration for onsite/offsite guests

* Assist in producing business correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets

* Provide general administrative support for the team

Requirements

*Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills is an essential requirement
*Ability to multi-task and good problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to work with minimal supervision with own initiatives
*Meticulous with an eye-for-detail
*Prior relevant experience in secretarial/office administration will be an added advantage
*Ability to commence work in short notice will be a plus
