Senior Developer/ System Analyst (Banking)

The Company is one of the largest international research, consulting, and systems integrator.

1 Be responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation and/or maintaining of DataMart, BI and legacy reporting systems, ensure the best possible performance and good quality in the deliverables.
2 Troubleshoot issues and problems, work out clear action plan(s) to resolve such issues, develops, tests and implements the agreed solution into production by following the Bank's Policies and Procedures
3 Assist in the definition of new project scope and objectives, involve relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility, create project management plan and follow process to seek approvals to start the projects.
4 Coordinate internal resource and third parties/vendors for smooth execution of projects, monitor and manage all stakeholders' expectation and requirement, control and ensure the quality of deliverables produced by vendors.
5 Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process map to document needs.
6 Report and escalate to management as needed.

Work Experiences
The candidate should have:
1.4 years of experience in banking/finance industry with 2 years' experience on vendor management and project management/lead.
2.Strong experiences in working in a complex matrix organization.
3.Good presentation, communication and coordination skills.

Technical Skills:
1.Good knowledge in project life cycle and system development lifecycle methodologies.
2.Proficiency in BI reporting, Data Warehousing and DataMart development, familiar with one NoSQL product (Preferred MarkLogic), experience of using Java or .NET programming languages.
3.Knowledge in Banking Domain will be an added advantage.
