Job Description
Responsible for billing and collections
Propose, review and implement collection process improvements
Manage entire collection process including overdue payments (visits, negotiate, analyze and reporting) in accordance to Company's collection procedures
Support legal actions for overdue accounts
Additional duties relating to debt collection and recovery as assigned by General Manager
Requirements
Minimum Degree
At least 10 years relevant experience in corporate and/or consumer collection
Legal knowledge is an advantage
Experience in leasing company would be an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical skills
