Our Client:
Our client is a well-known Food and Beverage manufacturer.
The Responsibilities:
* The Plant Manager will provide expertise in equipment and production process of beverage manufacturing, including Can Filling and PET lines
* Manage and execute production operations, processes and routines
* Ascertain that all processes are carried out in accordance to the company's food safety policies and GMPs.
* Monitor, control and improve product quality, ensuring the products are produced within standard of quality, productivity and costs
* Identify and resolve operational problems in a timely manner to prevent any mishandling and production delays
* Initiates and implements process improvements and maintain production SOPs
* Implement workplace safety and health, GMP and HACCP required for plant operation
* Plan and organize manpower including hiring and training of new production workers

The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Food/Beverage Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years' work experience in Beverage manufacturing environment
* Established Leader; Has ability to motivate a team of operators, Technicians and Supervisors
* Strong knowledge of implementing and maintaining high GMP/HACCP standards
* Experience in implementing workplace Safety & Environmental regulations
