Job Description
(1) Sales & Marketing
-Sales & marketing of company's items such as Surgical Kits and non-woven fabric products to public/private hospitals by utilizing the local distributor.
-Training for the sales persons of a distributor to promote company's products
-Make a sales & marketing strategy based on the marketability by items
-Build a good relationship with KOLs and management of client hospitals
(2) Distribution management
-Build and maintain the relationship with the sales team as well as the management of the distributor
-Regularly monitor the distributor's performance to target the annual budget
Requirements
- Proven record of sales accomplishment with minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical device industry
- Ability to establish good relationship with stakeholders
- Familiar with hospital structure
- Knowledge of hospitals' procurement process
- Experience working with distributors
- Good team player and interpersonal skill
