Our client is a Japanese leading Shipping company.
Oversee day to day general office administration
Oversee facilities planning, maintenance, liaising with vendors, building management to ensure smooth running of the office
Review of administration policies and procedures
Prepare semi-annual budgeting data for general expenses
Prepare monthly closing data for general administration expenses
Prepare monthly budgeting and expense report to management
Support administrative work for overseas subsidiaries
Perform corporate secretarial work
* Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant Office Administration experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial position
* Proficient in Company Act, and MS Office, especially in MS Excel
* Committed and meticulous, Good Interpersonal skills, Arithmetic ability
* Accounting knowledge is preferred
