Owning the Technical engagement with FX DMS clients to facilitates the successful delivery of FXDMS services and solutions that meet the agreed client requirements and outcomes.
Lead client technical development activities, including; creating necessary technical design documentation, manage the issues, risks, dependencies and changes associated with a client solution being implemented by FXDMS IT Implementations.
Lead development resources and agree schedules with IT implementations or other TaPS Resource Manager(s) or Project Managers
Support the successful establishment of the FXDMS business in Singapore in the early stages by performing necessary technical and IT activity as required
Perform some development where required to meet client requirements.
Support the IT Infrastructure environment where required with guidance from FXDMS Group Infrastructure
Assist with pre-sales activities as required and backup pre-sales resources at peak/leave periods
Ensure appropriate SDLC processes are undertaken
Facilitate and participate in solution design
Identify and resolve technical roadblocks
Liaise with various TaPS groups and internal business stakeholders as required to support on time, on cost technical delivery
Prepare relevant IT Implementations technical documents as required to support solution development and ongoing application support
Escalate & report Issues, Risks and changes to the Project / Job stream Manager in a timely manner.
Provide status reporting to the GM IT Implementations as requested
Complete all relevant administrative tasks, PSNext etc… as required

Key Skills:
Solid knowledge of SDLC
Solid knowledge of IT Implementations processes, products and services
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
Good understanding of the broader FXDMS services
Good conceptual abilities
Ability to develop productive relationships with key stakeholders
Personality Traits:
Good customer service focus
Strong communication skills, written & verbal.
Sound ability to apply processes and follow guidelines
IT leadership skills
Strong client engagement skills
