Our client is a leading provider of electronics components for the global marketplace including electronic parts and electronic communications equipment.

They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their company in Singapore.

Job Description

・Liaising with client, factory (mainly in Malaysia, China, and Japan),

and outsourced warehouse to monitor and manage shipping schedule.

・Receive order from customer and delivery of goods.

・Supporting a Sales person in charge such as sending invoices.

・Inventory monitoring and management

・Shipping order monitoring and management

・Document management: Issue invoices for clients and create packing list

Requirements

・2-3 years of working experience as Sales Coordinator will be a plus.
・Basic Microsoft Skill (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
・English and Mandarin speaking
・Able to learn, grow and work for long-term
・Handle multiple task and tight-schedule for customer enquiry
・Someone who can join as soon as possible
・Positive and friendly attitude
