Our Client:

Our client is a leading MNC focusing on Plastic Materials business, based in Japan. They are looking for an Administration and Finance Manager to join their office in Singapore.

The Resposibilities:

* Reports to Managing Director
* Audit and taxation
* Communicate with external auditor for necessary documents
* Manage two team members
* Manage office functions including office maintenance, security matters, maintenance, and purchase of office supplies.
* Supervise cash management, financial report, payment arrangement, and administration
* IT support

The Requirements:

* Diploma in Business Administration or any discipline
* Min 8 years of supervisory experience in the admin work
* Accounting experience (auditing and tax reporting)
* Calm, bright, and open-minded attitude would be a plus for this position.
