Our client is one of the top leading construction company in Japan. Their regional HQ office is looking for the HR Manager who lead the full spectrum HR transformation and implementation from the scratch.
The Resposibilities:
This role is to lead the full spectrum of HR Transformation to standardize the HR function to the global standard. Including as follows
* HRIS set up
* Employee's database
* System migration for the payroll
* Appraisal system
* Training & Development
* Policy reviewing
* Compensation & Benefit
* Salary grading
The Requirements:
* Degree holder , with minimum of 5 to 15 years' relevant experience
* Proficient in system and experience in implementing HRIS
* Good communication and EQ skills.
* Japanese speaking is an advantage to liaise with Tokyo HQ stakeholders
