Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies (HQ in Japan). Their Singapore office is looking for a Sales Coordinator who is responsible for the daily shipping coordination independently.
The Responsibilities:
* Maintain good relationship with the existing clients located in Singapore and other regional countries
* Manage whole process of purchasing order to delivery including shipping arrangement through the system
* Report to MD
* Train subordinates
The Requirements:
* At least 3 years working experience in relevant industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* NetSuite Oracle System experience is an advantage
* Japanese speaking is an advantage to liaise with Japanese speaking users and stakeholders
